Master Plan

Your Temple Public Library worked with a consultant, Godfrey's Associates, Inc., to develop a Master Plan that will help guide our operations for the next 5 to 20 years. We appreciate all of the community feedback from our surveys, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups that went into developing this plan. The Temple City Council reviewed the the proposed Master Plan on March 16, 2023 at their regularly scheduled workshop meeting and approved the Library Master Plan on Thursday, April 6, 2023.
