Reserve A Room

Need to present to clients? Want space for your next meeting, event, or get-together? The Temple Public Library offers two meeting spaces that members of the public can rent. Both meeting spaces are on the 3rd floor of the Library. For the full meeting room policy and details about the amenities of each room, please see our Meeting Room Policy

Arabella Brindley Library Board Room (3rd Floor) 
Maximum Occupancy: 30
Cost: $20/hour

Gladys Blaylock McLane Room (3rd Floor) 
Maximum Occupancy: 200
Cost: $50/hour

If you are interested in renting one of the Library's meeting rooms, please fill out a copy of our Meeting Room Application and provide your copy, along with your payment and deposit to the Library Administrative Assistant. For questions, please contact Ryan Haines at or call 254.298.5559.
